Perched above the valley with breathtaking views and a private view patio, outdoor dining furniture and a propane bbq. Watch hawks soar and Mt. San Vicente in the glow of the sunset. Sleeps up to 8 guests. Adjacent to the Grand Estate, at the top of the property. Otherwise the soaking pool at Yerxa Town is for your use, with the patios and bbq area, and 107-acre ranch. Quoted nightly rates include up to 8 guests. Over 8 total guests for events, are extra (ask for a quote).

Guest access

Sunset Villa has a private deck and back courtyard, access to the soaking pool, patio, bbq and lakes at Yerxa Town, and all other areas of the ranch except for the yard behind the Grand Villa and the indoor swim spa, which are reserved for guests of the Grand Villa.

We send a Waiver for review and acceptance before arrival.

Interaction with guests

We give you gate and door codes prior to arrival, and respect your privacy during your stay, if anyone is on the Ranch it would be a maintenance person (weekdays only). We send you check-in instructions and videos, to let you know how to find everything and how to operate the Osana-Style flow through soaking pools. If you need anything during your stay you can text us at the ranch phone number, and we can call or text you back, and we are nearby in case we need to visit. Had an amazing experience staying at this desert oasis! Absolutely beautiful landscaping, literally felt like being in paradise the whole time! Rooms were clean and cozy and the host was super attentive - even brought me earplugs when I realized I had forgotten to bring mine! Already want to go back! Highly recommend this gorgeous place if you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful desert escape!
